MISSION |

Our goal is that each and every person on
our team learn and grow to become sons and daughters of
our Heavenly Father. Through serving the Lord in the
talents He's given us, we pray that each person on our
team not only grows in skill, but in spirit as well.
Below are the expectations we have for each person on
our team. |

serving mindset
● BEHIND THE SCENES: ministry time must
come from within; we must never miss a God-moment
● PERSONAL TIME: reserve our best for
our personal time with the Lord |

● Why am I here? What is my role in
making the vision a reality?
● Always have a “CAN DO” mindset
● It is up to me to help the TEAM move
forward as a TEAM |

● Try new things at practice, the
service is not the place to experiment. |

● Be teachable, and teach others. It is
our job to work at continually advancing the team.
We need new ideas and new people.
● Be prepared to pay the price to see
souls won for the Kingdom. In time, energy, prayer
and effort we must consistently push
ourselves and
keep our focus.
